Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 22, 2026
Our Commitment
Cyntar S.C. is committed to making MagDI Guide usable by people with disabilities and to improving access as the website evolves. Our current accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, Level AA. This target guides design, content, development, testing, and remediation; it is not a claim that every page or third-party component currently conforms.
Conformance Status
MagDI Guide is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet all applicable Level A and Level AA success criteria. We do not describe the site as fully conformant until a complete evaluation and remediation process supports that statement.
Measures We Take
Our accessibility measures include using semantic HTML; maintaining a logical heading structure; supporting keyboard navigation; providing visible focus indicators; labeling forms and controls; using descriptive link text; providing text alternatives for meaningful images; applying contrast-aware design tokens; avoiding color as the only means of conveying information; respecting reduced-motion preferences; supporting zoom and responsive reflow; and testing error messages and required fields for programmatic identification.
Keyboard and Focus
Interactive elements should be reachable and usable by keyboard alone, and focus should move in a predictable order. Modal dialogs, menus, cookie controls, chat interfaces, and form validation must not trap focus or remove the user’s ability to reach, operate, and dismiss the component.
Images, Video, and Documents
Meaningful images should include useful alternative text, while decorative images should be hidden from assistive technology. Prerecorded videos should include captions and, when needed to understand visual information, a transcript or audio description. Downloadable documents should be created in an accessible format whenever reasonably possible, and an accessible alternative should be available upon request.
Known Limitations
Known or potential limitations may include the Bitrix24 AI-chat interface, the consent-management interface selected before launch, third-party video players, social-media embeds, and PDF documents that we do not fully control. Some complex medical diagrams may require longer text descriptions. Newly added content may also have temporary defects before review. We are working to identify, prioritize, and remediate these issues.
Assistive Technology and Browser Testing
The current statement is based on an internal self-evaluation and is not a certification by an independent accessibility auditor. The production site should be tested with keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom, high-contrast and reduced-motion settings, Apple VoiceOver with Safari, and NVDA with a current version of Chrome or Firefox. Any technology not yet tested must not be represented as tested.
Feedback and Accessible-Format Requests
We welcome feedback about accessibility barriers. Please email legal@magdiguide.com and include the page address, a description of the problem, the assistive technology or browser used if relevant, and the format or accommodation requested. Please do not include medical records or sensitive health information in an ordinary email.
Our Response Process
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days and to provide a substantive response or reasonable status update within 20 business days. Complex remediation, third-party fixes, or document conversion may take longer. We will communicate material delays and, where feasible, provide an accessible alternative while remediation is pending.
Complaint and Escalation Procedure
If you believe your accessibility concern has not been resolved, reply to the original correspondence and request escalation to the MagDI Guide legal or privacy lead. You may also pursue any complaint or remedy available under the laws applicable to you. Nothing in this statement limits any legal right or remedy.
Assessment Date and Method
This statement reflects a self-evaluation dated July 22, 2026. Before describing the site as fully conformant, Cyntar S.C. should complete documented automated testing, manual keyboard testing, screen-reader testing, content review, and remediation. A qualified third-party audit is recommended after the primary website and third-party integrations are stable.
