Scope
This page explains how MagDI Guide and Cyntar S.C. may communicate with you by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or live telephone call, how permission is obtained, and how you can change or withdraw a communication choice. MagDI Guide is an independent website owned and published by Cyntar S.C. Only authorized Cyntar personnel receive and manage leads.
How Communications Are Operated
Cyntar personnel send email, SMS, and WhatsApp messages manually through Bitrix24 and place telephone calls live. MagDI Guide does not use prerecorded voice messages, AI-generated voice calls, automatic dialing, or automated marketing-message sequences. If those practices change, the consent language and this page must be reviewed before implementation.
We may send a requested response, confirmation, educational follow-up, or service-related email when you submit a form or otherwise ask us to contact you. Marketing email is sent only when a valid consent or another lawful basis applies. Each marketing email must identify Cyntar S.C. or MagDI Guide and include a clear unsubscribe method.
SMS
We may send manual SMS messages when you provide a mobile number and affirmatively agree to receive texts from MagDI Guide. Messages may include responses to your request, educational information, and promotional follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving ordinary educational information.
We may communicate through WhatsApp when you initiate a conversation or separately request and authorize WhatsApp contact. Messages may include responses, educational information, and promotional follow-up. WhatsApp is operated through Bitrix24 by authorized Cyntar personnel and remains subject to the applicable WhatsApp business-messaging rules.
Live Telephone Calls
We may place a live telephone call when you request a call or expressly agree to telephone follow-up. Calls are placed by Cyntar personnel. MagDI Guide does not use prerecorded calls, AI voice, or automatic dialing. You may ask the representative to stop marketing calls and place your number on the applicable internal do-not-call list.
How Permission Is Collected
Permission may be collected through a separate unchecked form control, an inbound message, a documented verbal request when legally sufficient, or another affirmative action. The record should identify the channel, purpose, wording presented, date, source, and number or address covered by the permission. A general website inquiry must not automatically be treated as consent to every marketing channel.
United States Communications
For recipients in the United States, Cyntar S.C. will follow applicable federal and state rules governing marketing email, calls, and text messages. Even though communications are manual and calls are live, MagDI Guide requires affirmative permission before sending promotional SMS or WhatsApp messages and honors clear revocation requests.
Canadian Commercial Electronic Messages
For recipients in Canada, promotional email, SMS, and similar electronic messages will be sent only when Cyntar S.C. has express consent or another form of consent permitted by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation. Commercial electronic messages must identify the sender, provide valid contact information, and include a working unsubscribe mechanism. Cyntar S.C. must retain evidence of consent.
Communication Frequency
The number of communications depends on your request, whether you are actively corresponding with Cyntar personnel, and the permissions selected. Promotional outreach will use a reasonable manual cadence. SMS disclosures must state that message frequency varies.
Unsubscribe From Email
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or email privacy@magdiguide.com. Transactional or specifically requested messages may continue when reasonably necessary to complete an active request.
Unsubscribe From SMS
Reply STOP to any MagDI Guide marketing text. We also recognize END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT, together with clear plain-language opt-out requests. One confirmation may be sent, after which no further SMS marketing will be sent unless you provide a new valid opt-in. Additional details appear in SMS STOP / HELP Language.
Unsubscribe From WhatsApp
Reply STOP or clearly ask Cyntar personnel to stop WhatsApp messages. You may also block the business account through WhatsApp. The request will be recorded in Bitrix24 so the number is not unintentionally contacted again through that channel.
Stop Telephone Marketing
Tell the Cyntar representative that you do not want further marketing calls, or email privacy@magdiguide.com with the telephone number to suppress. We may take proportionate steps to confirm that the requester controls the number.
Update Your Contact Information
To correct or replace an email address or telephone number, contact privacy@magdiguide.com. Do not include medical records, diagnoses, test results, medication lists, or detailed medical history in ordinary email.
Channel-Specific Choices
Withdrawing one channel does not automatically withdraw every other channel unless you ask us to do so. We will honor the scope of your request and can suppress all non-essential marketing channels when clearly requested.
Privacy
Information about how contact information and communication records are used appears in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Notice.
